Aly Hussein spent 16 years running the popular Blue Lagoon Café Bar in Bristol and when the opportunity arose to buy his lease, Bricks provided the finance.

When his lease came up for sale at auction, Aly’s bid was accepted but getting the funding was more difficult than he had expected. Traditional lenders were hesitant and so he turned to Bricks. Aly now owns his own premises and the funds he was paying in rent he uses to repay his Bricks loan.
